RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note that Gold Clover does not offer returns or exchanges for orders placed online or purchases made in-person at markets or pop-up shop events.

In the event that a package including fragile items arrives and has been damaged en route, please reach out via the email you received your receipt and shipping confirmation from or via Instagram DM with pictures of the broken item and details about the damage so I can contact the carrier about initiating an insurance claim on the package. Please note that refunds for damaged items are dependent on the carrier approving the insurance claim and may take several days.
